Innovative and interactive 6-week series: 'Mapping Menopause: It's Functional,' where you discover how to navigate optimizing the body’s systems rather than chasing symptoms. Learn to notice symptoms and triggers, to see the interconnectedness between body systems, to align the 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine as a foundation to health and to advocate for optimal care and support during this natural phase of life.
In each week's 1-hour session, join a group of women interested in learning how to stop playing whack-a-mole with their peri/menopause symptoms and learn how to optimize their body systems instead! Using the functional approach of mapping, combined with Lifestyle Medicine, participants will learn to identify potential root causes as well as how to structure their map as a guide for more in-depth conversations with their medical providers. Walk away feeling seen, heard, validated, and prepared to advocate for your optimal health in this phase of life and beyond.
